Code of Conduct of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Switzerland (Pharma Code PC)

The Pharmaceutical Code (PC) implements the codes of conduct of international pharmaceutical associations and specifies the integrity requirements that numerous companies in the pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland adhere to. It sets out the rules for the implementation of the relevant obligations by pharmaceutical companies and all third parties acting on their behalf, as well as for monitoring compliance with these obligations. scienceindustries, in particular through its Secretariat of the Codes, is committed to ensuring that PC signatory companies comply with the rules based on ethics and fair trading.
