With personalised medicine, Roche wants to find ways of treating illnesses more selectively and successfully, to minimise the side effects, and to reduce the costs of healthcare. Patricia Frank heads the team that works with this therapy. In the interview, she explains what she understands by innovation.
Patricia Frank is Disease Area Leader Personalized Health Care at Roche Pharma Switzerland. Immediately after her studies in molecular biology, she wanted to put her knowledge into practice. Patricia Frank has deepened her expertise through various roles at Roche Pharma Switzerland and by getting a Master's degree in Business Psychology. Together with her team, she is now promoting personalized medicine in Switzerland.
